THE EVENT BRIEF
Equality Fest, hosted by Salesforce during Dreamforce, is an inclusive reception aimed at celebrating the company’s commitment to equality through its various Employee Business Groups (BRGs). The event, hosted by Gino Ramos, Director of the Office of Equality Programs and Co-Founder of Outforce, took place on the 60th floor of Salesforce Tower. With an expected attendance of 250 guests, including Salesforce customers and employees, the reception provided a platform for BRGs to showcase their missions, values, and initiatives at dedicated tables. The objective of Equality Fest was to foster a deeper understanding of how Salesforce embraces diversity and inclusion, providing attendees with an immersive experience that highlights the company's commitment to equality. To enhance the experience, Salesforce partnered with Booths by Christy to create an immersive AI photo booth activation. This unique feature allowed guests to engage in an innovative photo experience, perfectly aligned with the values of inclusivity and equality. THE EVENT EXPERIENCE
At Equality Fest, Booths by Christy took the guest experience to the next level by implementing cutting-edge AI-powered software, designed to offer a dynamic and highly engaging photo booth experience. The software featured a vast selection of AI filters, allowing guests to transform themselves in creative and captivating ways. From playful digital makeovers to immersive themed backdrops, the AI filters enabled attendees to embody various identities and personas, reflecting the values of diversity and inclusion that Salesforce holds dear.
Upon stepping up to the booth, guests were given the option to explore different AI-generated effects, with each filter crafted to align with the celebratory atmosphere of Equality Fest. Whether they chose to reimagine themselves in vibrant colors, step into alternate realities, or embody abstract artistic styles, the experience was highly interactive and customizable.
This interactive element gave guests not only a fun way to engage with the event but also a memorable, personalized keepsake to take home. The wide range of filters—whether whimsical, bold, or futuristic—allowed for creative self-expression and provided a perfect opportunity for guests to showcase their individuality. THE RESULTS
The immersive AI photo booth activation by Booths by Christy was a resounding success, engaging and captivating over 200 guests at Equality Fest. Throughout the event, 280 photos were taken, each offering a unique and personalized experience that aligned with the inclusive spirit of the celebration. Guests enthusiastically shared their AI-enhanced photos, creating a ripple effect that extended far beyond the venue.
The activation achieved impressive digital reach, with a total audience of 21,163 across multiple channels, including text messages, emails, Instagram, and direct downloads. Guests were eager to showcase their transformed selves, resulting in 70,324 impressions, a testament to the activation's viral impact. Instagram, in particular, became a powerful platform for sharing the AI-generated images, amplifying Salesforce’s commitment to equality and diversity across social networks. The ability to instantly download and share the photos further extended the reach, as guests continued to engage with the content after the event, spreading the message to their wider circles.

The concept was simple yet powerful: guests could immerse themselves in a highly interactive experience by choosing from over 100 unique AI-powered filters, each designed to allow for playful transformation and self-expression.
The extensive selection of filters ranged from artistic effects to whimsical themes, offering something for everyone. Whether guests wanted to embody futuristic personas, experience vibrant digital art styles, or simply add a splash of fun to their look, the AI filters catered to a wide variety of tastes and moods. This diversity in filter options symbolized the core message of the event—embracing different identities and celebrating the many ways people express themselves.
The goal was not only to entertain but also to reinforce Salesforce's commitment to equality by encouraging guests to explore different facets of their personality in an inclusive and accepting environment. Each photo taken at the booth became a reflection of the guests' unique creativity, providing them with a memorable keepsake that tied back to the values of equality and community. BRANDING
For the AI photo booth activation at Equality Fest, Booths by Christy thoughtfully integrated Salesforce’s branding into every aspect of the guest experience, ensuring that each photo was not only a fun and memorable keepsake but also a reflection of Salesforce’s identity and core values. The photo template featured Salesforce’s iconic nature-themed background, with serene elements like clouds, mountains, and forests that resonate with Salesforce’s brand message of sustainability, innovation, and harmony with nature.
To further align the activation with the event, the bottom right corner of each photo included the logo of Salesforce’s Office of Equality Programs, representing the department that spearheaded Equality Fest. This subtle but impactful branding element reinforced the connection between the guests' experience and Salesforce’s ongoing commitment to equality and inclusion. Every time a photo was shared via social media, email, or text, the consistent branding helped to extend Salesforce’s message far beyond the event, leaving a lasting impression on both attendees and their wider networks.
This combination of the Salesforce nature background and department logo made each photo a polished, professional representation of the Equality Fest event, seamlessly blending the fun of the AI filters with the strong brand identity of Salesforce.
SETUP
For the Salesforce Equality Fest, Booths by Christy ensured a smooth and efficient experience by setting up a well-coordinated and thoughtful activation space. The setup included one state-of-the-art AI photo booth, equipped with cutting-edge software to deliver a wide selection of over 100 unique filters for guests. To ensure that the high volume of guests could enjoy the experience without delay, we also installed three high-speed printers, allowing guests to print their AI-enhanced photos on the spot.
Additionally, three dedicated sharing stations were set up alongside the booth, providing guests with a seamless way to instantly download and share their photos via text, email, or social media. To keep everything running smoothly, we assigned an additional attendant specifically for line management and assistance at the stations, helping guests navigate the experience and making sure there was minimal waiting time.
This carefully planned setup allowed for a high level of engagement while maintaining an organized, enjoyable flow, ensuring that every guest could fully participate in the immersive photo booth activation. The extra attention to detail and staffing support contributed significantly to the success of the event, as guests were able to capture and share their memories without interruption.
ONLINE SHARING
Professional brand ambassadors led the video activation, expertly guiding guests through the experience, producing high-quality content, and actively promoting social sharing.
